In 1955, three physicians were practicing in Glendale. Dr. Robert C. Allen, Dr. Gaston B. Hannah, and Dr. Laurence O. Fasoldt. All three were said to have worked in close cooperation with each other, and with hospitals and specialists in the Cincinnati area. They were in fact the beginnings of the Glendale Medical Practice which would become the Springdale Family Medical Practice.
