The original Mt. Zion Church stood at 35 Coral Avenue. It was destroyed by fire and replaced with a frame building and bell tower in 1916. That building was razed and in 1974, the existing Mt. Zion Church was built across the street. The original parsonage located at 37 Coral Avenue was razed in 2022.
