Recognizing the need for dental care for Glendale’s school children, money was raised to buy dental equipment and a dental clinic was established. Mrs. Robert M. Green headed up the effort and Dr. Walter Erhardt, Dr. H. G. Harmon and Dr. M. R. Oettinger, each in turn, provided services. As with other programs in the Community Nurse Clinics, Glendale women served as volunteer aids, driving children to their appointments, keeping records and other services.
