St. Gabriel Church and Rectory, Pivotal Structures, are located at 48 Sharon Avenue West. The cornerstone of the Church was laid in the summer of 1859. Although Mass was said in the Church, the building wasn’t finally completed until three years later. In 1864, the building of the residence begun. Four years later, a second story was added to the structure.
